Looking for Advice on: Managing Learning in a Decentralized Organization
Summary:
Our distributed organization is struggling with governing learning. Training administrators are quite often confused on how to achieve their assignment & learning record management goals.
We have struggle with:
- initiatives
- proper configuration of expirations
- management of learning records
What strategy have you used in managing training / learning in a decentralized organization through the HCM learning cloud?
Is there a way of simplifying the learning management screen?
Examples:
- show only aggregate records for courses? (Only one record per person per course).
- show only currently relevant training (currently valid training, training that is currently targeting the learner)
- Reduce what an administrator can do (revoking the ability to assign learning, only allowing completion of records)
