How to add a note to recipient with an interorganization transfer

When creating an inter-organization transfer, either in inventory management or from self-service procurement, is there a way to add a note to the recipient who will do the reception of the order?

I have two cases:

1- Requester goes in self-service procurement, and requests a requisition stock to stock. He will not necessarily be the one to do the reception of the order. Is there a way to add a note to the recipient? The field seems to disappear when the source selected is stock.

2- Warehouse operator generates an inter-organization transfer via the inventory module with standard delivery. Is there a way to add a note to the receiver?
