Changing Location manually- Overrides position synchronization

Hi,

Change location to a certain employee.

Position synchronization is on. my client needs to change a location to a certain employee.

When I try to do that on Action- change position I get the #1 print screen

when I try to do that on the change assignment- the location field is not editable- see print screen #2

it's accrued in every employee I want to do a location change
