I want to create an HCM approval workflow for change in personal information (Last Name or Work phone number). When an employee changes the Work phone number or the Last name from Employee Self Service, then it should go to HR Rep for approval. When HR Rep is making the change, it should get self-auto approved. I’ve listed the approval rule that has been configured. The first rule mentioned below is not working as expected. [Actual behavior is its getting self auto-approved; whereas, the expected behavior is it should go to HR Rep for approval when employee enter the work
