Approval Table names holding the attributes

Summary:

When adding a new contact, the transaction type is 'ADD' which is stored in ATTRIBUTE2 but the attribute is not available to pick.

Need to explore at table level to see the values stored. Where can I find the table nam(s) of the approval workflows.
