Greetings!

We are currently facing an issue with Reverse Termination.

When the reverse termination button is hit on Work Relationships UI for the person, it shows the error message as shown below -

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 3, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_as15_01, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP.

We tried to check if this was due to any personalization looking at the message, but did not find anything.

Does anyone have any inputs on the same?
