Absence Approval Delegations Help

Hello All,

Currently we have the seeded approval flow, where the absence record routes to the manager.

The manager has created a approval delegation rule using the ESS functionality.

The absence categories are setup correctly in BPM

The Issue is that , The employee’s absence is still being routed to the manager. The absence request and transaction date is between the start and end times of the manager approval delegation rule.

Can any body Please advise on this issue?
