Known 22D issue? "You cannot upload more than one file" error when loading a branding image

Summary:

When attempting to upload a branding image when creating a course or a specialization, we are receiving an error message: Error: You cannot upload more than one file. Remove additional files.

Our testers are all experiencing this error and are all reporting to just selecting one file.

Is this a known issue?

I found a different branding image error, but this one is not the same.
