Below is our BOM:

Now,

Forecast loaded for 1500637 with due date as 17 May 2024.

Based on lead time and transit time offsetting, Start date of 1500453 is 8 Sep 2023.

Now, There is onhand of 1500300 which is expiring on 6 Sep 2023 but still it is showing pegged to order starting on 8 Sep 2023.
