Consolidate Multiple Years

Is it possible to Consolidate multiple years together with either by using OOTB or Custom Groovy

Content (required):

We have an FCCS application with Forecast and Budget data in it along with Actuals and elimination process is happening on Forecast and Budget as well. Forecast and Budget are stretching across multiple years. Currently, we are consolidating Forecast and Budget one year at a time. Is there a way to consolidate multiple years together OOTB vs Custom Groovy? Thanks
