We are trying to enable the 'Affected Party' field in Next Gen Help Desk. Oracle mentioned that this can be enabled via Application Composer. However, I cannot find any option to display except the 'Required', 'Updatable' and 'Searchable' options.

Could someone please share the steps to display this field in Help Desk Request page?
