Summary:

We are trying to configure approvals for address changes if the employee's State changes. We have separate rules for US vs other locations outside of the US. We already have a rule for US name changes that routes to the same role we want address changes to go to. The rule documentation I have found on CC doesn't seem consistent with the latest Person Information rule configuration. Any advice?
