Looking for an easy way to exclude a person type from Data security, BIP reports, Extracts

Summary: We are creating a new user person type called "Experts" under the Non-Worker worker type. And we will be adding about 20 people to this person type. Our requirement is that we are looking for the easiest way to exclude these 20 people to show up in the Directory, BIP reports, Extracts etc. We know that we can create custom person security profiles and exclude this person type, but we already have many many custom security roles, so it will be a big effort to change all to exclude the person type.

So I was looking for some suggestions/ideas using which we can achieve this exclusion at a "global" system level (for eg some profile option or exclusion rule) to keep the development effort at a minimum. All suggestions are welcome !

Howdy, Stranger!
