We will upload the inventory adjustments (Quantities only and keeping the cost without changing) via Miscellaneous transactions till 30-NOV-22, kindly advise what are the considerations should be taken in this case?

Note that:

there are transactions in 01-Dec and cost cuttof date is 31-OCT
