Is it possible to update the Qualification plan balances by looking at Regular Time entries ?

Summary:

We have a qualification plan defined with look back period of 1 year from the absence start date. If a person enters absence, they should get that entitlement back only on a Regular Time entry date (determined from Regular time code entered on Timecard) after completing 1 year from the date of Absence.

We're working on the fast formula, but we have issues with updating the entitlement by checking the Regular Time entry.

Content (required):

For Example:

If the person is eligible for the plan (assume 01/Aug/2021), they should get 80 hours of entitlement with look back of 1 year.

Assume, the employee takes his first absence on 01/Nov/2021, then the used is 8 hours and Remaining entitlement is 72 hours.

Howdy, Stranger!
