Integration with Office 365 - Calendar

Summary:

Hi all,

in the process of implementing ORC's integration with Office 365 - Calendar, we were asked to provide the list of all users who should access the colleagues' calendar, a feature provided by the integration. It was explained to us that, "The deployment of this specific project strand concerns only a plugin (market product) to integrate ORC with O36. The plugin allows a specific set of HR colleagues, to be able to read calendars of other colleagues who are participating in selections for internal positions and send invitations via outlook."

Can anyone please clarify this point? is it necessary to provide the usernames of all the people who need to access the functionality? Did anyone found evidence of where this is made explicit in the Oracle documentation?

Howdy, Stranger!
