Period name taken as a parameter tag display in a wrong format in excel output

Hello Everyone,

I recently created a BIP report using excel with the "xls" format and using the xml exported, I ,created the report in an excel. There was no issue when I tested the report on my machine locally from BI Publisher desktop app, but when I get the output from the Oracle fusion, the report parameter tags are coming in a wrong format.

The output for the period parameter tag should be as "Sep-22" , but the output is coming as "0-Jan".

Please advise!
