Is there a way to see an employees current approval delegations in BPM?

Summary:

Hello!

We have an employee where their 'Manage User Account' screen generates an error when expanding the approval delegations section - perhaps a corrupt record (which if not loading we can't delete)

Is there a way in BPM to access employee live approval delegations, perhaps we can access and delete the record from that screen, we may need to raise an SR though too...
