Approval condition when timecard is submitted by Time & labor administrator?

There is a requirement where I need to configure an approval rule for time & labor admin, that whenever the admin submits the timecard, it should go to the 2-level line manager approval of the employee.
Also, if the line manager submits the timecard the approval should route to the Line manager's manager. Need a condition where we can differentiate between admin and the line manager.
Tried using Requestor role details through BPM but seems that this condition is not present for Time and Labor approval rules.
Any inputs will be highly appreciated.
