Product Data Hub: How to notify multiple users whenever a batch is received

Summary:

Suppliers are allowed to push some item attributes through the Supplier Portal.

An Item batch is then created using the setups from the related spoke system

The item batch is assigned to the user specified on the 'Default Batch Assignee' and this one is also notified once a new batch arrives.

We would like to notify two users whenever a new batch is submitted by our suppliers.

Does anyone have an idea how could we achieve this requirement?
