Hi!

I’m trying to understand why some Learning Initiatives (using Analysis Criteria) keep reassigning a course to the same users. As far as I’m aware, this should not happen.

We even have at least one employee who finished the course and got it reassigned by the same Learning Initiative. And duplicates didn't happen to all users, just to some of them.

Can you please advise if there is any scenario when this would be expected behavior? We needed to Delete these records, but the attached spreadsheet shows how things looked before we did it.
