Can OLC - MS Teams integration be enabled with MS Office 365 E3 license?

Summary: Currently we have MS Teams E3 license. We tried enabling MS Teams -OLC integration with the E5 license.But the set up was giving an error and Oracle informed that E5 license is required for Teams integration.

Pls let me know whether E5 license is mandatory for Teams integration or can be managed with E3 license?
