Activity Reports from EDM on requests

Is there an easy way to get a report or CSV extract on Requests in EDM which allows me to filter on any requests by the person who submitted the request as well as the person who approved the request. The standard CSV export from the 'requests' screen shows the owner and the last individual to modify the request, in the 'modified by' column but as I understand, this isn't always the approver (see below)

Is there a way to get a more reliable export of this data for a specific timeframe that will allow me to specifically retrieve the person who performed the 'approve' action.
