Error message when trying to generate dynamic URL embedded in custom Talent BIP report.

In the process of generating a dynamic URL to be embedded in a custom Talent BIP Report, we are facing an error.

If we try to click the link , it should ideally be able to download the document ( example: Resume sample) but somehow we are facing insufficient privileges error popping out from content server server/application.

Basically, the content server request is getting failed and so it says insufficient privileges in order to download the document from the UCM files.

How do we make this work in order for the user be able to download the resume sample form the BIP report output?
