How to enable 3 shifts calendar starting from 11 PM

Summary:

We need to create a calendar with 3 shifts and the first shift starts at 11PM.

Content (required):

Requirement is to create 3 shift calendar starting from 11PM. The first shift of the week starts from 11PM sunday night till 7AM Monday night and 2nd shift between 7AM-3PM and 3rd Shift between 3PM - 11PM.

I was able to create 3 shift calendar but always the calendar starts at 7AM instead of 11PM on Sunday whichever sequence of shift I set it up.
