Change of Theme of VBCS application from SaaS R13 to Redwood

In VBCS we have applications in SaaS R13 theme, as per Oracle the theme is deprecated but have End of Life support.

We are also exploring option to change the theme of applications from SaaS r13 to oracle preferred Redwood theme. Is there any defined steps or process by Oracle to change the theme

(OR) we have to change the theme in settings and adjust the page changes accordingly?
