Need to pass Item Attribute (DFF) onto PO Line.

Summary:

We have a custom attribute that needs to populate on the line of the PO when we buy it. We do not want to only display on the PO Print, but needs to be in PO line so we can report on it.

I assume this means we map Item DFF to PO Line DFF.
