Config layout Tab and Grid behavior

Summary:

We have below use case and would like to get your feedback.

One config attribute that contains commerce Quote# information and needs to display that Quote# across all tabs.

Currently we have duplicate attributes which contains this information and added on different tabs in Config layout.

Now we are looking to handle this use case with just one attribute that should display on top of all tabs.

Is this possible in config layout?

In commerce we have option to add tabs in panel so we created one panel that hold value which needs to display across tabs and another panel that just show different tab options.
