Error while receiving receipts through FBDI file for Transfer Orders

Summary:

Hello Team,

We are trying to create receipt for transfer orders through FBDI file. But we are receiving the following errors:

*The value 81 entered in the column LINE_NUM is invalid.

*The receiving transaction cannot be processed because an error occurred in package name rcv_preprocessor_utilities.derive_employee_info with error code -1422 and error text ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows.

*The receiving transaction cannot be processed because an error occurred in package name derive_transfer_order_header with error code 1 and error text User-Defined Exception.

Please Provide us solution why are we getting the above errors.
