Restrict user access to Subinventory transactions thru Movement Requests

Summary:

I have a requirement that the client only wants certain individuals to perform subinventory transfer in/out to certain subinventories. I'm positioning the movement requests, but I have few questions, and I wanted to get confirmation from you experts that I'm not missing any functionality here.

I do understand from documentation and prior questions that this is not an existing functionality.

I have also tested the new functionality where Oracle now is introduced the approvals on movement requests for requisitions.

I would like to address this requirement by:

1. Create a material status and disallow subinventory transactions from the subinventories in question
