Summary:

A custom role (Position Administrator) has been created to give access to Request a New Position, Position Details and Request a Position Change.

We have created a new position security profile secured by AOR as department Hierarchy to restrict the role to create positions for other departments. However, this is not working. Even after adding this security profile and regenerating data role. Position Admin is able to create position under any department.

How can I limit the role to create positions / change positions only based on AOR that's assigned to him

We even tried adding the data security policy based on some of recommendations on customer connect but it is of no help.
