Intercompany Balancing Rules not working as expected

Summary: One of our Accounting Hub feeds failed with the following error:

There are no intercompany payables accounts defined for the from legal entity Discover Products Inc. (LE 502) and to legal entity Discover Bank (LE 500). Details: Intercompany payables accounts must be defined for this intercompany relationship.

  1. Journal Detail below. An intercompany balancing entry should have been completed between LE 500 and LE 502 for $15,971.71.
  1. I have the following Primary Segment Intercompany rules defined but the system did not use these rules. Please note these rules have been configured since 1/1/2022 and have worked successfully prior to today.

Additional Information: We are preparing to implement Oracle Cash Managment into PROD. Our implementation partner updated Legal Structures needed for OCM. The Primary Segment Intercompany Rules for OCM are not yet updated in PROD. How would that impact any Primary Intercompany Segment Rules already setup?
