Disability Info Not Showing and no edit option

Summary: Hi - We are currently in the process of implementing ORC and would like to show Disability Info under Personal Details. However, when I show the Disability Info section it only has "Add" and after you add there is no option to view or edit. I added a disability for myself in our test environment and this is what shows after:

Wondering how to edit or view the disability after adding. I checked the employee role and we have the appropriate privilege to view/edit disability info.
