Issue with updating List Price in PIM (which is what we display in SSP)

We have 6 stores/inventory organizations. Currently, we are using Internal Requisition Transfer Order process with EXPENSE destination type to allow the users purchase in-store for the items. As part of this, we are using field "List Price" available at item specification to display this price along with a certain markup added. EG: actual cost of item = 10 dollars and 2 dollars is markup so we are displaying 12 dollars as list price and the same is reflecting at the store level for the item. We are good till here as for every new item this is the process followed as of now.

The problem is since we are using perpetual average costing method, the price changes quite frequently and hence we would need to update the price manually at store level whenever it changes. This may not be practically feasible at the moment as there are 1000s of items involved. So, could you consider this request and provide the solution to automatically update price at the store level when ever cost of the item changes as per perpetual average costing method used. The Price should be equal to sum of actual cost of item + Markup based on the store selected. Each
