Grants standard reports don't show up in FRC

I am able to see the Awards reports in Reports and Analytics but not in Financial Reporting Center

Grants Management sample reports that can be found in Reports and Analytics-Shared-Common-Projects-Grants Management do not show up in Financial reporting center, is this expected?
