Summary:

When logging onto Oracle HCM, Users are directed to a Welcome page. Is there any way to direct them straight to their home page and skip the Welcome page?

When entering Oracle HCM, Users need to click on their Home page button to start working.

Is there a way to bypass the welcome page (screenshot below):

Our implementation partner advised that there was no way around this.

I have seen a few other posts on this, but could not deduce a workable solution from them.
