Purge Person Does not remove data in integration key tables

Hello,

I imported worker.dat w Worker, Name, Work Relationship, Work Terms and Assignment. My normal process is to run this shorter file, then add in Address, Phone, Legislative Data etc.

However, it appears something different happened and the Legislative record was automatically created.

I ran purge person from test environments and tried to upload the data again. However, the purge did not remove the Person Legislative data from the integration table. Now, no matter what I do, I get:
