I made a Learning Initiatives Course , please see screen shoot

The rules for renewing are these-

The learner could participate the course in the first time. But he doesn't see the renewal.

This is the screen of the Course ( here we can see that the first course for the learner has been completed and the next course is assign )

But, when I log in as the learner he can't see the next Course
