1. When we made a Manager Change Transaction, Manager Change Notification approvers get Message "You Don't Have Access to This Worker's Assignment".

2. We've added the Privileges to the Line Manager custom role as mentioned in the below MOS document. it's opened up the visibility of the upper management details to the proposed manager.

This issue is happening for all the "Manager Change" transactions
