How to customize layout to have 3 sections

Summary:

I want to create a layout for a page in VBCS like a blog as shown in below, on right side I want to add the links or table of content and in left or center the main content will be displayed. But whenever I drag and drop the components to page in VB it is adding the components horizontally one after the other. Please help how I can create 3 sections in a page like a blog page as shown in below link (link is a sample what i want to achieve as a layout)
