Reserved Public IP Count not working
Summary:
On Oracle Cloud, I have a free-tier account.
In the Reserved Public IP Count in the control panel, under "Limits, Quotas and Usage", The control panel shows "reserved-public-ip-count available 1", but when I try to reserve a Public IP, error states "The following service limits were exceeded: reserved-public-ip-count. Request a service limit increase from the service limits page in the console."
I tried to chat, but the console states I was not eligible for support and instead suggested I post in the community support area.
Please advise!
