Is there a way we could check if the learner watch the pdf/video/viewing the site

Content (required):

In self-paced learning- clicking on the pdf/video/URL - consider the learner as completing the activity

does someone know if there is a way to check if the learner views the pdf ( until the end of the document ) or registers to a specific section in the site?

Is it possible to check if the learners participate all the Zoom/Teams sessions and not just click on them?
