Summary:

We are receiving the error,  SHIPMENT_NUM:The value for this attribute must be unique, when we load our BPA FBDI. We do not always receive this error. We should not be receiving this error because we are not UPDATING and ADDING. We are only UPDATING i.e. End dating and Sart dating price breaks. We are not adding new lines. What could be causing this error? Again, the error is not consistent and typically occurs when the FBDI is imported through our interface.
