Can we setup a comment or any field at assignment grade level?

Setup identifier for some type of employees, depending on grade

Hi,

We need to identify certain employee types.

The employee has a grade at assignment level, but we want to add another identifier: like a flag, comment, anything... related to the grade.

Is there possible? If yes, where?
