CPA source agreement in Process Requisition for awarded req lines

Will the 23A advertised feature to apply a CPA source agreement in Process Requisitions work for Requisition lines flowing through Sourcing?

Hi,

we have some framework agreements without items and prices with secondary bidding requirements, meaning we need to run a second solicitation / mini-bid process after receiving the Requisitions. Idea to model the framework agreements as CPAs and associate the CPA number to the POs created from Requisitions.

Saw the enhancement in 23A which looked very good for the Req->PO flow. But will it work for Requisition lines flowing through Sourcing, either when directly creating POs from Award or through Process Requisitions?
