Geography LOVs Behaviour

Summary:

When populating address details, Smart LOVs do no seem to be populating postcode/zipcode based on the City/Suburb selected, however if you populate postcode first Smart LOV opens and allows you to select correct City/Suburb associated with the postcode/zipcode keyed and populates City/Suburb, State and Postcode Fields

Content (required):

We are experiencing challenges with geographies in Oracle HCM where if a person is populating address details, when typing in a name of a City/Suburb, the smart LOV returns the City/Suburb name and State but not the Post/ZipCode.

Current workaround is to populate these details a little backwards (Populate Post/Zipcode first) then the Smart LOV will populate the City/Suburb and State (unless there is more than one City/Suburb name associated with that Post/Zipcode then the Smart LOV opens to show full list of available City/Suburbs associated with the Post/Zipcode entered.

Howdy, Stranger!
