SSE Dependency Version Management

Summary of the question:

"What is the latest supported Node.js version and devDependencies versions for the current OCC instance?"

I've looked at all of the SSE documentation in the Oracle Docs in the commerce cloud resources and also in the release notes with each OCC upgrade and there doesn't seem to be any mention of SSE version upgrades lately.

We'd like to have some insight to how we can confirm our latest versions are up to date and if not take action to upgrade our SSEs on a regular basis.
