Is there a way to set a PO line to close upon receipt?

Summary:

We issue no charge PO lines for various reasons and need a documented receipt against the PO line but would like a way to have these PO lines close when fully receipted. We know there will not be an invoice processed for these zero dollars no charge PO lines.
