Cannot select company code for ledger in Project Asset Depreciation Account

I am unable to select a company code for the project's ledger within asset depreciation account.

I am able to select for 2 other ledgers, and my data security access is the same, why may this be? I am also able to enter project costs and journals into this ledger via project ADFdi.
