User not receiving Report burst failure notification mails

Description (Required):

We are not receiving the report bursting failure notification if the report burst fails.

Please any one know how to get fails busting mails, If report not delivered to user.

From Oracle Support team reply "As mentioned, a successful report run results in a success notification email. User receipt of emails is not tracked by the system and will not be reflected in a success or failure notification. This is working as expected".
